The other day, I posted about DJ Mo Twister's Nokia 5230 giveaway over on his blog (www.MoTwister.com) and Twitter (www.twitter.com/djmotwister). And for yesterday's question, guess who got the prize?!
I DID! I freaking did! Oh my. I was really shocked 'coz he's got 37,000+ followers now and just imagine how many of them are sending in their answers to him on a daily basis. Gosh. I'm so happy! Here's a screenshot of his tweet that I won the prize:
There were no updates yet as to when we would receive the prizes. All of the past winners haven't received any instructions yet on how they can claim it. One of them mentioned that DJ Mo's just waiting for the phones from Nokia and he'll just get back to us. So, I'll just be patient. I'm already 1 of the winners so I'm just happy.
I'll post an update here on my blog when I've finally received it. I'm really in need of a new cell phone. My old one gave up on me over 2 weeks ago. I don't know what happened exactly. The LCD screen just won't display anything. I don't really like spending on gadgets or cell phones so when I bought my n76, it was really a big decision. So, imagine how disappointed I was when it gave up on me. *Sob* I didn't want to spend anything on having it repaired or buying a new one because I have better things to spend my money on. So, I'm using my bro's Cherry mobile cell phone (pictured below) at the moment. It's hard to text using it and the space for messages is quite limited so I had to delete a lot of messages that I would usually keep. That's why my winning was just timely. And I can't wait to get my hands on it. Stay tuned for updates on my prize!
