America's Next Top Model Cycle 14 - Love Jessica & Raina!

 Another "reality" competition show that we watch is America's Next Top Model.  We're not really into fashion, but how the contestants battle it out with beautiful photos and the clashes of different personalities are amazing to watch. Can you blame us? Hehehe.

This season, though, I'm really loving the challenges that Tyra Banks and her staff came up with to teach the model wannabes on Cycle 14 of America's Next Top Model. We particularly love the last one where the girls need to walk down the runway with 2 pendulums swinging down on them. If they don't time it correctly, they'd be hit by the pendulums. Actually, one of them got thrown down the runway by a pendulum - Alexandra. She fell down the stairs when she started her walk and she was thrown off. What a mess. But, I like her and I'm glad she's still continuing. Here's a shot of this "accident" on the runway. She lost her focus after she fell down the stairs when she came out so I'm guessing that's why she got hit by the pendulum. She's very competitive so I understood how mad she was that she fell down. She must be thinking how stupid she was for falling down. I hope she does better next time around 'coz I want to see another plus size model do well in the competition.

There are 2 girls that we're rooting for this season - Raina and Jessica.

Raina did great in their last photo shoot where she was looking straight into the camera. She looked like a wolf. A beautiful wolf. If I saw her photo in a magazine, I'd really stop and just stare at her.

The other girl we like is Jessica. Mai's got a HUGE crush on her. She's really beautiful, but she really needs to do better. Compare this photo of her to that of Raina's. Not as interesting, right?

Jessica looks better in person than on her photos. How can the camera not love her?! Just look at her here:

Weird. Well, I think she still doesn't know how to work it. I hope she learns fast 'coz there are other talented wannabes competing with her.

Anyway, I'm glad Naduah and Gabrielle got the boot first. Gabrielle was just boring and Naduah's an arrogant, overly confident, know-it-all model wannabe. I don't believe everything she said on the show. She really looks like a liar to me.

By the way, the intro to this season's America's Next Top Model is just gorgeous! I love Tyra Banks. I love the drama she brings whenever she's in front of the camera.

She's  turning 37 this year and she looks amazing! I wonder what beauty creams she's using. She still maintains that smooth, young-looking skin even without makeup. Might be one of the products you'd find on www.topwrinklecreams.net. I'll try to research on that. *grin*
