THANK YOU so much for the support! I was a bit surprised with the pledges I'm getting. Thank you! I promise myself that I'll do my share after this by helping out other bloggers with their contests, too. This has been so much fun for me, and the contest hasn't even started yet! *LOL*

Because of the number of pledges I got, the winners will be increased to 5 or even 10. I'll finalize everything by the 23rd and the contest will start on Saturday, the 24th.

ALL SPONSORS can now join the contest if they want to. However, because each of them will get to choose 2 among all the entries, they cannot choose their own blogs. Sponsors won't know who the others picked. And I will also pick my own favorites.

Just to give you all a heads-up before I post the complete mechanics, here are a few things about the timeline of this blog contest:

This contest will officially start on April 24th, Saturday. If you want to already write your blog post for this contest, you may do so. But, I strongly recommend you do it when the contest officially starts.

This contest will run for about 3 weeks, and will officially end on May 15th, Saturday. The mechanics are simple so I don't want to keep everyone waiting for the results.

I will send the list of all the entries to all the sponsors emails at the end of the contest, afternoon of May 16th, Manila, Philippines time. Sponsors will, then, be given 4 days, until May 20th, to email me their 2 favorites to be included in the final round. If a sponsor can't participate or can't find the time to read the entries to pick out their favorites, it's okay. Sponsors are NOT required to participate.

On May 22nd, me, my life partner Mai, my brother and friends will have a deliberation and pick the winners among all the finalists that were picked by the sponsors and me. I will print out all the finalists' entries so we can really read them.

I'm pretty excited about this contest and I'm so happy that there are a lot of generous bloggers out there who have sent in their pledges. I hope that aside from the prizes, those of you who'll be joining will have your wishes fulfilled.

Winners will be announced in the last week of May. So, as early as now, think about what wish you'll blog about for this contest. Good luck everyone!
