I Want to Enjoy Shopping for Clothes Again

One of the many reasons why I want to lose weight is I want to enjoy shopping for clothes again. When I was tens of pounds lighter, I never worry about what to wear. My Nanay would usually do the shopping for me in Divisoria. She'll come home with about a dozen shirts for women and they'll all fit me with no problems.

That's why I love shopping for clothes back then. I consider myself a fashionista back in my "lighter" days. I didn't have to worry about trying everything on, especially when we're in Divisoria. Just imagine having to change clothes to try on what I wanted to buy while the storekeeper or my Nanay covers me with a curtain or some cloth inside one of the clothing stores in Divi. Not a pleasant experience, really. LOLz.

I mean, I'm okay with trying on jeans or pants because I've got wide hips so it's a must. I need to try on jeans to see if they fit me perfectly. I usually end up buying jeans that are a bit wider on the waist because they're the only ones that fit my hips well.

So, just imagine how hard it is now for me to shop for women's jeans. As much as I enjoy shopping at Divisoria, I have to scratch that and instead, shop at the mall because I can fit my jeans better with their fitting rooms and all. Plus, I won't have to look all over the place. It's easier to find a store or shop that sells plus sized clothing for women. Well, the convenience is the only thing I'm happy about clothing shopping at the mall. I still prefer the savings from shopping in Divisoria.

This is why I'm really determined to lose weight. I want to go back to enjoying shopping for clothes again. Woot! Can't wait! LOLz.
